If the low end is too lean or too rich it just wont start.
I am thinking about getting a pump for my 1.20 as it is going to be mounted inverted and the tank sits a bit high for this but looking at the price of this size of four stroke compared to the others, it won me over but since I havent run it yet, I still would like to hear what other owners have to say. Hi, I too would like to here from people who have used this engine, I have bought one aswell, its waiting to go into my 71' span Spitfire mk2, from what I have read, these are good engines that make good power and sound good to, the only bad point I have heard mentioned is that they leak in various place, which I can see as I have just broken in a little magnum gp.40 which has a leaky needle valve (oil mostly) but it performs better than expected and is easy to start and run.
